Swiftlet Ranching is a long term investment. Having said that, you need to have the ability to hold and patiently wait for the results. It would take typically 3 to 5 years before you could comfortably harvesting your fruits. Similar to planting a durian tree...Of course throughout the duration, you need to see positive growth of nest building before you can conclude that you can be totally passive after 3-5 years. The growth of your nest is dependent on many factors..I will touch more in the future postings. In short, you are not an instant Millionaire yet!
